Events and Corporate Functions Package

             The Olympic hotel caters for small, medium and large functions. It has become a great spot for birthdays, Christmas functions and corporate functions. The private dinning room is a small and comfortable room that will accommodate small groups of up to 16 people. With an open fire to warm up those cold winter evenings. It is the perfect room for groups wishing to have a more intimate formal dinner.

The restaurant can cater for large groups of around one hundred for informal dinning, and for formal dinning groups of around sixty. We have a 15 foot projector screen which is great for slide shows and presentations. All function rooms are free to hire with beverage and canapés packages available. With our location next to the iconic SFS and SCG, generally we are busy with corporate sports functions. So bookings will need to made well in advance.

 For beverages, we no longer offer the packages drinks packages.Customers can now setup a bar tab (Beer, Wine & Softdrinks OR All inclusives)  for their functions or have their guests pay-as-they-go for all drinks.
